Headbanging Through Happily Ever After…
Some weddings are simply unforgettable, and Alyn & Natalie's day at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama was one of those. Not only because of the beautiful venue and the emotion that filled every moment, but because the entire day was such a perfect reflection of who they are. Having the chance to photograph the wedding of two very special friends made it even more meaningful, and I couldn't have been happier to be there to capture it all.
From the moment they saw each other to the moment they said "I do", the day was filled with genuine emotion, laughter, and so much love. The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama provided a stunning backdrop for both their ceremony and portraits, with its modern architecture and beautiful surroundings creating the perfect setting for such a special celebration. Every smile, every happy tear, and every hug told a part of their story, and it was a joy to document those memories as they unfolded.
Of course, Alyn & Natalie weren't going to settle for a traditional evening reception. Wanting their wedding to reflect their shared love of rock and metal, they invited the incredible Lacertilia to perform live, and the atmosphere was absolutely unreal. The dance floor was packed from the first song, guests were singing along, and the energy in the room was infectious. It was one of those parties you never wanted to end, and such a brilliant reminder that the best weddings are the ones that stay true to the couple.
Thank you both for trusting me to capture such an important day in your lives. It was an honour to witness every emotional moment, every laugh, and every epic song of the night. Your wedding was stylish, heartfelt, completely unique, and so unmistakably you.
