 FAQs

  • I don’t currently have a studio. All photoshoots take place outdoors or at your home/property, primarily around the Cardiff and Barry areas.

    If you’re located further afield, an additional travel fee may apply. Any extra costs will always be discussed with you beforehand.

  • I’ll always discuss your expected delivery time with you at your shoot. This can vary depending on the season and my current workload, but I generally aim to deliver your finished gallery within 2–4 weeks.

  • Your photos will be delivered via a private downloadable online gallery, making it easy to view, download and share your memories with loved ones. USBs are also available to purchase as an optional extra.

  • Yes! I offer handmade lay-flat albums, along with a variety of other photographic products to help you preserve and showcase your memories.

  • No need to worry! We can simply reschedule your shoot for a future date that works for us both.

  • Yes, I am fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Yay, this is exciting! If you’re happy with everything you’ve seen and would like to book, simply get in touch to check my availability.

    We’ll arrange a quick consultation over the phone to chat through your photoshoot, answer any questions and confirm the final cost. Everything will then be confirmed by email.

    To secure your date, you’ll sign the contract and make your payment. And that’s it you’re booked!
